ABOUT ME

With a high-level medical management background that spans post-acute rehab, pharmacy and physicians practice, Tina Worthey supports and strengthens every Consonus client she serves. Not only does she offer more than 25 years of healthcare operations, billing and technology expertise, but she brings the heart of a patient advocate to every interaction.

As Strategic Account Manager, She conducts annual pharmacy and rehab customer business reviews, consults on census development and looks for new opportunities to connect clients with Consonus’ wide-ranging consulting services. Her broad, multi-state background in healthcare, Medicare/Medicaid billing, staffing, strategic planning and recruiting makes her an invaluable and cross-functional resource.

Before joining Consonus as a regional billing manager in 2009, Tina held supervisory and human resource positions with HealthSouth/Eagle Rehab, providing billing and staffing support to 250 outpatient rehab centers in multiple states. She has also served as regional director of billing and collection for a large UCLA physician group, where she supervised a staff of 100, supported annual compliance education, helped implement a new electronic billing system and managed accounts receivable for 900 anesthesiologists in three states.

In addition to her consulting and client support responsibilities and client support responsibilities, Tina serves on the Partnership and Collaboration committee for LeadingAge – Washington. Outside her professional life, hobbies include professional cake decorating and travel, and she’s active with Vital Life Foundation causes and New Chapters wish fulfillment program.
