ABOUT ME

Neil Marshall is a Lean Operations executive with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations commit to game-changing quality practices, process improvement initiatives and high-performance work cultures.

Neil joined Consonus in 2010. As Vice-President of Pharmacy Services, he led Quality Improvement, patient safety, ePharmacy and Lean Operations initiatives. Under his leadership, Consonus was ideally positioned to help its customers succeed in an environment with increasing pressure to deliver strong patient care outcomes.

Now as President of Consonus Pharmacy, Neil is responsible for guiding Consonus through its next stage of growth, building on its national reputation as a high-quality service provider. He’s driven by a passionate commitment to improve the delivery of health care services, and particularly enjoys engaging with customers to achieve that goal. “My greatest reward is in knowing that the collective effort of our entire team results in patients well-served and taken care of,” he says.

After graduating from Oregon State University with a degree in industrial engineering, Neil joined Accenture as a lean manufacturing consultant. He then became the consulting practice leader at The Pringle Company, where his work included a model implementation of Toyota Production System principles for a division of General Electric. A coach at heart, Neil’s volunteer activities focus on youth sports. He founded the youth basketball league in his community, where he coached for over 20 years, and is an active supporter of the Vital Life Foundation. The rest of Neil’s free time is spent with his family and friends, cycling, running, and searching for the country’s best live music venue.
