ABOUT ME

Growing up very close to her grandparents gave Jessica Androff valuable insight on how she wanted to live her own life, and even helped shape her career choice to become a pharmacist. “Life, well lived,” is how she’d always described their journey—words she was shocked to see also hanging on a Consonus wall when she came to interview. “I wanted to give everyone the opportunity to have the same quality of life they had,” she says.

Early in her career, she made the move from retail pharmacy to a family-owned regional long-term care pharmacy provider—and has been serving seniors ever since. “My North Star has always been patient care,” she says, “and this was where I felt I could make the most positive impact.” By the time the opportunity came to join Consonus, it was a natural transition to a company she felt was very closely aligned with her personal vision and values.

Jessica holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, and undergraduate degrees in Biology and Biochemistry. She and her husband have two children, and a crazy Vizsla pup named Reka, and especially enjoy spending time with family and friends at their cabin by a northern Minnesota lake. Back in her community, she’s actively involved with “Moms and Neighbors,” a charity that helps families and teens in need through anonymous gestures of kindness and support.
