About Consonus

Corporate Overview

Consonus Healthcare Services (formerly RSI) was founded and began serving Oregon customers in 1986. In 1993, we began expanding into other states. To date, we currently offer the highest quality of clinical and customer services to over 160 customers in California, Washington, Oregon, Texas, Idaho, Nevada, Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin.

We attribute our growth to a constant striving to partner with our customers providing them with exceptional service. We believe close customer relationships, positive communication, and responsive action is the vital Consonus difference. Additionally, we have earned this success and reputation through planned growth and the development of a management infrastructure to support the expansion of our services. Our employees are dynamic, intelligent and engaging. We target and employ the best people in the industry and our customers are proud to work with Consonus staff clinicians and managers on a daily basis.

Consonus is committed to providing each customer we serve with the foundation of a true partnership.  For example, our on-site Rehab Directors are highly trained to be accountable for the overall program performance and success, as well as design programs that are based upon the specific needs of the facility opposed to the “one size fits all” approach. Complimenting our on-site leaders is support from regional management, recruiting, business development, billing, and clinical consulting.  We believe that this management structure enhances communication, offers our customer immediate access to people who are empowered to make decisions, increases response time, and fosters an environment to develop stronger clinical programs that positively impact the lives of the facility residents.
